Rebecca Brubaker first visited Future Worlds Center in the summer of 2005 as an intern with the Unit of Civil Society and Future Affairs and then as visiting scientist through a Fulbright scholarship between Sep. 2006 – May 2007.
During her stay in Cyprus, Rebecca worked with Turkish and Greek speaking Keryneias using Questions such as:
- How do you envision the future of Kyrenia?
- What are obstacles that prevent you as a Kyrenian from attaining your vision?
- What are actions that need to be taken to overcome the obstacles and attain your vision?
