She moved to the UK in 2005 till 2010 for her studies and now holds a BA (Hons) in International Relations and Global Politics and a MA (Hons) in International Relations Theories, Policies and Practices from Nottingham Trent University, focusing mostly on social construction of identity, global political economy and conflict and contemporary violence among others. She has participated and successfully completed further trainings on 'Global Terrorism, Peacekeeping and International Conflict Resolution' (2006- UN Institute for Training and Research Programme of correspondence instruction in peacekeeping operations), ‘The World We Want - Food Security and Nutrition in the Post-2015 Development Framework’ (2012- CYINDEP), and most recently a non-formal education training on 'Managing Sustainable Social projects and initiatives' (2013- YiA). | |||

Role in Future Worlds Center
Annagrace Messa joined Future Worlds Center in 2012, and served as project manager for the project Map Your Meal, which is co-funded by the European Commission DEAR (Developement Education and Awareness Raising) funding framework. She is now with the Cyprus Refugee Council.
Annagrace moved to Cyprus in December 2010 and joined the Future Worlds Center team as an Intern in April 2012, working closely with the Humanitarian Affairs Unit. After the completion of her internship, Ms Messa became the Administrator for the Humanitarian Affairs Unit as well as for the organisation in general. She also worked on the Humanitarian Affairs Unit and the Global Education Unit, as project coordinator on projects which predominately focus on global education, social change, social justice and equality.
