The workshop took place in Tel Aviv on the 11th and 12th of August 2013. The first day of the workshop on Strategic Thinking and Planning in CSOs concentrated upon fundamentals such as: Operations management, forming a strategy, strategic planning and interactive activities. The second day of the workshop focused on strategic planning models and applying models and tools in formulating strategic plans. The activities which were included in the training gave the participants a hands-on experience.
